Where We Ship
BirdVue currently ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, the Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan.
We're working to bring BirdVue to even more regions as we grow.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all Kickstarter backers.
There are no additional shipping charges for your Kickstarter reward—we'll cover the shipping cost.
Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped to the United States and the European Union are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means duties and taxes are included in the price, so you won't need to pay any additional import fees upon delivery.
For all other supported regions, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the backer and may vary depending on local regulations.
Estimated Delivery
We currently expect to begin shipping Kickstarter rewards between November and December 2026.
As production progresses, we'll keep all backers updated through Kickstarter project updates and email notifications with the latest shipping information and estimated delivery timelines.
