If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make it right.

Warranty Policy

2-Year Limited Warranty

All BirdVue products, including devices and their accessories, are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered (based on the carrier’s official record).

It’s our way of making sure you can use your device with confidence, without second guessing.

What’s Covered

We cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What’s Not Covered

To keep things clear and fair, there are a few situations where the warranty doesn’t apply:

  1. Intentional damage caused by any individual
  2. Inability to provide valid proof of purchase (order record, screenshot, or invoice)
  3. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or use of non-original BirdVue parts or accessories
  4. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand markets
  5. Cosmetic wear and tear (such as scratches, fading, or dents that don’t affect core functionality)
  6. Damage caused by wildlife (such as squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, bears, or deer)
  7. Packaging materials and promotional items

Replacements & Exchange

If your product needs replacement due to a quality issue, we’ll take care of it—simply and fairly.

After a Replacement

  • Remaining warranty applies
    Your replacement will continue with the remaining warranty period of the original product
  • Minimum 90-day coverage
    If less than 90 days remain, we’ll extend your coverage to at least 90 days from the date of replacement delivery (whichever is later)
  • Warranty doesn’t reset
    A replacement doesn’t start a new 2-year warranty period
  • Same coverage terms
    Replacement products follow the same warranty scope and exclusions
  • Service records
    If you have any replacement confirmation (emails or records), it helps speed things up—but if you can’t find them, just reach out and we’ll help verify it

When We Need Your Help

Most issues can be resolved quickly with a bit of back-and-forth. Delays may happen if:

  • Providing incorrect product information
  • Troubleshooting steps aren’t completed
  • Messages go unanswered

We’ll always do our best to guide you through it.

Responsible Use

BirdVue products are designed for respectful and lawful use. We are not responsible for any issues arising from misuse, including:

  • Unauthorized surveillance
  • Violations of local privacy or legal regulations

A Few Edge Cases

We always try to help, but there are some situations where things may be delayed or outside our control:

Events Beyond Our Control

In rare situations, events outside of our reasonable control may affect our ability to provide timely service.

These may include things like natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, BirdVue is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill warranty obligations caused by these events. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed and support you where possible.

Return & Refund Policy

Trying Birdvue should feel easy—and low pressure.

90-Day Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 90 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Quality-related issues: We cover all shipping costs
  • Non-quality returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Non-quality exchanges: Customer covers one-way return shipping (sending the original product back to BirdVue)

Return Requirements

To keep the process smooth, we ask that:

  • A valid proof of purchase from birdvue.com is provided
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories (including batteries, cables, manuals, etc.) are included
  • Product labels (QR code, serial number) remain intact and readable
  • Any promotional items are included

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via:
  1. Please include:
  • Order number / email / phone used for purchase
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Description of the issue (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • It may take an additional 2–3 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund

If your refund hasn’t shown up yet:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal account
  • Contact your credit card provide
  • Check with your bank

Sometimes it just takes a little time to appear.
